UT Challenge

It is our pleasure to present our Committee of Recommendation of the UT Entrepreneurial Challenge, which consists of the eminent people of the University of Twente, involved companies and the Mayor of Enschede,who support our programme. By being a member of the Committee they demonstrate their support for our mission to introduce and prosper students’ innovative ideas, prototypes or business plans within our network of experienced and successful business partners.

Over the years, the ‘University of Twente’ and ‘entrepreneurship’ have almost become synonyms. The University is known for stimulating and enthusing student to participate in extracurricular activities. The UT Entrepreneurial Challenge is an excellent programme where students can have a first taste of entrepreneurship, presenting themselves and their concepts, and creating and expanding innovative concepts.

The UT Challenge provides them with a network of partner companies, which could lead to a bright future career. For example, two people who are not only a member of the committee, but also contribute to the challenge as partners are Dennis Schipper (Managing Director Demcon) and Micaela dos Ramos (Executive Director KIVI).

All this preparation will get the students ready for the final event, where committee member Victor van der Chijs, President of the University of Twente, will be chairman of the jury.
