Robotics and automation have revolutionised almost every industry but still, there is a huge amount of task that cannot be automated and requires human intervention and supervision. However, humans have high capabilities and can create significant variation in the overall company performance when tuned to increased efficiencies. What are the major factors reducing human efficiency? There are many factors both emotional and physical that reduce the efficiency in a workplace, but the incredible part is how attending small details can create evident impacts on reducing the inefficiencies. We could come up with few factors based on various workplace analysis. • Deviations from goal • Inevitable Repetitive tasks • Lack of clarity on the daily task • Lack of feedbacks/appreciation • Lack of proper communication • Reduced workplace safety
Wear the future revolutionizes the workplace by creating enthralling employee experience and augmenting employee efficiency by integrating wearable technology into workplaces. As our first product we are introducing Bandwidth, a smart-band series for employees which can be personalized with a combination of different features based on the client's requirement ensuring a blend into the current operating procedures of the company. Key features of bandwidth: Ensuring employee presence without a scanner. • Gestures can be used to do specific repetitive tasks. • Easy intimation about hazardous situations. • Tracking of offline employees on-duty. • Reminders on daily tasks and updates on completion rates. • Boosting employee motivation by changing the display to exhibit employee rank or performance index. • Easy tracking of employee health stats . • Bar-code/QR scanning. • Can also be mounted with a camera. • Centralized network-ability of employee activity. • Connectivity among employees and network building by handshakes (or similar gestures). •Intelligent learning features using machine learning. Custom designs: We would love to have a discussion and brainstorm with potential clients about the innovative ways in which optimal features can be implemented in workplaces. The big picture: WTF few years down the lane will make that piece of technology that would blend into the daily life of people. WTF will basically evolve into aiding people to become smarter and highly productive for the changing skill demands, maintaining minimal stress levels and much more. We would focus on maintaining an amazing R&D team to create cutting edge wearable technologies. Bandwidth is just a beginning. Our Clients: Will be updated soon
