You probably know that 9 out 10 startups fail. But did you know that 9 out 10 incubators fail too? This problem is not just confined to incubators but also applies to the internal innovation of corporations. They lack the tools for creating the right environment for innovation. Eric Ries, writer and founder of the Lean Startup movement puts it this way. Current management practices are risk adverse. This collides with the basic principle of startups, which is: high risks, high rewards.
That is why we designed Nomoni, an ecosystem for innovation. Nomoni has been designed with experienced serial entrepreneurs who know what successful innovation is about. The ecosystem stimulates the creation of a bigger supply of skilled entrepreneurs and multidisciplinary propositions because it enables easier collaboration between entrepreneurs. The result: A bigger pool of startups enabling faster innovation. The ecosystem consists of three major pillars. A blockchain application which distributes ownership shares when you add value to the startup, a new mindset and guidance from experienced serial entrepreneurs.
